I’ve been coming to the Smoky Mountains a few times a year for the last five years, and after discovering this gem of a community — Bear Cove Falls — I haven’t stayed anywhere else. It’s an absolute cheat code for enjoying the area. Walk to the bottom of the hill, hop on the trolley, and you’re at Dollywood in under five minutes without paying for parking. Pretty much any Pigeon Forge attraction you could want is only minutes away.For hikers, the location is unbeatable. Anyone who spends time in the Smokies knows you have to get up painfully early to snag one of the limited trailhead parking spots. Being just minutes from the Parkway means you can reach popular trailheads quickly and actually get a spot before the crowds roll in.The cabin itself was fantastic — the best‑stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed in, spacious rooms, spotless, and clearly well cared for. We had large vehicles and could easily fit three in the parking area, and with a little Tetris‑style maneuvering, probably a fourth. There are overflow spots nearby, though they were often used by neighboring cabins.Bear Cove Falls continues to be my go‑to place in the Smokies, and this cabin just reinforced why.

Our family has used this property for the past 3 or 4 years. It is an awesome property. It fits our family of 7 perfectly and allows for a little growth. The location is what we love the most. We are off the strip, but yet close to everything!! The property managers are amazing to deal with, always very helpful and quick to answer any questions.

This property was perfect for visiting Dollywood and the surrounding area. It comfortably fit everyone in our family and was very enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was a small store at the entry to the neighborhood where we easily picked up forgotten items. Would definitely book this property again!!

This property was near everything in Pigeon Forge & close to Gatlinburg. Our grandchildren loved Anakeesta Park and Dollywood. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 12.

Wonderful Home in Great Location!

We loved our stay at Yourcation Awaits! The house was extremely clean and beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture and bedding. The location was great - close to the parkway, Dollywood, The Island, etc. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great cabin and great location

The cabin was in a perfect location to all the things you could want in Pigeon Forge. Everything was clean and the community was nice. the deck amd interior accommodations were perfect for our 2 families made up of adults and kids from 7-13.
