The apartment is in a quiet, idyllic location in a historic, lovingly renovated farm and is the perfect base for excursions in the beautiful Allgäu and Upper Bavaria.
Beautiful lakes, mountains and the royal castles and beautiful cities are nearby.
Gutwillen is surrounded by beautiful nature near Groß Kemnat, a district of Kaufbeuren and about 90 km south-west of the state capital Munich. The former lovingly renovated farmhouse is located in a rural area, directly adjacent to the Kaufbeurer local recreation areas. The historic Kemnat Castle with the Roman Tower is only a few minutes' walk away. The nearby historic old town of Kaufbeuren invites you to linger along with many shops and restaurants with its medieval flair. The annual highlight is the Tänzelfest, the oldest children's festival in Bavaria. The rural surroundings are beautiful, relaxing and surrounded by nature. There is a lot of leisure and shopping opportunities in nearby Kaufbeuren, so it can be very practical and pleasant. As a child and youth-friendly city, Kaufbeuren also offers extensive leisure activities. In the Allgäu Alps you drive by car in about 30 minutes, to Munich it takes about 1 hour. Kaufbeuren is on the Munich-Kempten railway line and enables good connections to Munich. Munich Central Station is 60 minutes by train every hour. reachable. Schöne Wohnung, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man für den Urlaub als Selbstversorger benötigt. Für Touren mit dem Rennrad war Gutwillen ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und Checkin/Checkout ganz unkompliziert. (Noch einmal danke für die Eier ;-))

Freundliche moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war modern, sehr hübsch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter im Vorfeld war ebenfalls freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sonderwünsche wie ein Babybettchen waren ebenfalls kein Problem. Bei der Lage ist man zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen, dafür ist man direkt in der Natur und die Umgebung lädt zum spazieren ein.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist super schön. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Das Bad ist eine Wohlfühl - Oase. Schön warm durch die Fußbodenheizung. Die Umgebung bietet jede Menge Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr schöne Gegend. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Der Platz war ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. ☺👍

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, neu und super sauber! Die Lage ist perfekt!
