Completed, well-equipped, newly renovated apartment (January 2020). Suitable for up to four people and a toddler, approx. 80 sqm, on the edge of a quiet residential area, parking in front of the house, large sun terrace, city center in 15 minutes, bakery in 5 minutes on foot. Possibility to store bicycles. Non smoking apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Completed apartment with separate entrance. City center in 15 minutes, bakery in 5 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave. Freezer combination, electric cooker and Nespresso coffee machine, cozy dining area, large furnished sun terrace, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, washing machine, separate toilet. Comfortably furnished living room with sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm lying area, topper) TV. High chair and cot available for small children. All rooms with ceramic tiles and underfloor heating.

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.

Urlaub in der fränkischen Schweiz

Wir haben mit dieser Ferienwohnung und unseren Gastgebern einen richtigen Glücksgriff gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank und Spezialitäten aus Franken( Marmelade, Honig…), frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch. So etwas haben wir in anderen Wohnungen nicht erlebt.Unsere Gastgeberin war immer per E-Mail erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausfüge gegeben. Wir waren genau in der Hitzeperiode ( 36 Grad) hier, die Wohnung war angenehm kühl und wir konnten die tolle und großzügige Terrasse sehr genießen. So aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber muss man lange suchen.

Super Ferienwohnung, gute Lage und schöne ruhige Lage.

Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt, alles ist perfekt eingerichtet und sauber. In der Einbauküche fehlt es an nichts.Terrasse herrlich zum Entspannen. Wirklich so wie beschrieben. Super nette Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in Ebermannstadt

Wir hatten ein paar entspannte Tage in unserer Ferienwohnung in Ebermannstadt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und ist an unserem Wohlergehen interessiert. In der Wohnungen ist alles vorhanden, was man zum entspannen Urlaub benötigt. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Urlaub direkt am Tor zur Fränkischen Schweiz

Liebevoll und zugleich sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Was in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden ist, das benötigt man auch nicht. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, unweit von Wander- und Radwegen, über die man die schönsten Urlaubsziele in der Fränkischen Schweiz erreichen kann. Burg Neideck, die Binghöhle oder die Ruine Streitberg sind von der Wohnung aus gut zur Fuß erreichbar, ein Auto benötigt man erst für weitere Ausflüge, etwa zum Naturschutzgebiet Walberla bei Kirchehrendorf. Dazu haben die Vermieter stets weitere wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge parat. Nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein Café, welches von Mittwoch bis Sonntag schon am Morgen frische Brötchen anbietet, die man anschließend auf der sonnigen Terrasse der Ferienwohnung genießen kann. Auch die Innenstadt von Ebermannstadt ist in weniger als einer halben Stunde zu Fuß erreichbar. In dieser Ferienwohnung, umgeben von einem sehr naturnahen Garten, fühlt man sich wohl und kann seine Urlaubstage in Ruhe genießen.
