The area-wide underfloor heating and an apartment's own sauna, which invites you to linger on cold winter days, ensures a feel-good experience. The modern kitchen unit and island in the combined living and dining room has been equipped with high-quality branded appliances and all the necessary dishes and invites you to cook together. Here are no wishes left. The living room has a touch of Scandinavia and is equipped with two 2.5-seater sofas and invites you to relax in front of the 55 inch LED TV (incl. Netflix). The special highlight of this apartment are the swivel and swivel lounge chairs with a view of the flickering fireplace and the breathtaking side sea view of the Baltic Sea. The two bedrooms impress with their luxurious double box spring beds, wardrobes and 32 inch LED TVs (incl. Netflix) and exude an elegant comfort. From the first bedroom (to the east) you can enjoy a wonderful view of the solar-heated outdoor pool and a side view of Wilhelmstrasse.
