The centrally located semi-detached anchor buoy offers enough space for relaxation for four people plus a small child. In summer you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the garden. In winter you can make yourself comfortable in the warm fireplace in the living room. The house is in a quiet, central location in Greetsiel, just a few minutes' walk from the harbor, the restaurants and the supermarket.

On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living area with an integrated fitted kitchen. You can spend cozy evenings on the leather couch. A window front offers direct access to the terrace with an adjacent large garden.

A floating staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. An additional guest toilet is available on the ground floor. With a car parking space, nothing stands in the way of a nice North Sea holiday.

Crockery and cutlery is available in sufficient quantities even with maximum occupancy. The apartment is in a massive house with a total of two residential units. Smoke detectors are available for your safety. The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with mosquito screens / insect protection.

Der Gastgeber war sehr entgegen kommend, da die FeWo direkt-Ausstattungsmerkmale bezüglich Bettwäsche und Handtücher irrtümlich sind.Es fehlt bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen der Zusatz "optional kostenpflichtig zu buchbar", was der Gastgeber leider nicht bei FeWo direkt angeben kann.Unser Kurzaufenthalt war wunderbar.

Wir würden wieder kommen.

Den Garten haben wir für die Kinder sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses entsprach der Beschreibung, könnte sicher an manchen Stellen mal wieder erneuert werden. Bei auftretenden Defekten konnte die FeWo Verwaltung aber immer schnell helfen.

Sehr stark abgewohnt.

Vieles kaputt,unansehnlich und ungepflegt.Im Elternschlafzimmer Matratzen stark durchgelegen,fleckig und muffig. Mussten getrennt im Kinderzimmer schlafen.Mängel waren dem Vermieter und Eigentümer bekannt,trotz Reklamation wurde nichts geändert und auf stur geschaltet. Vermieter und Eigentümer wollen in Zukunft diese Mängel beheben,ha wer es glaubt! Hier wird nur abgezockt.

Moin und guten Tag! Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung, die wir natürlich sehr ernst nehmen und froh über jegliche Rückmeldung sind. Nach Ihrer Information war ich zunächst bei Ihnen in der Unterkunft. Taggleich war weiterhin noch eine Reinigungskraft vor Ort. Der von Ihnen geforderte Austausch durch Matratzen, die Ihnen zusagen, ist leider nicht immer möglich. Wir können nicht für jeden Gast "seine" Matratze bereitstellen und daher sind Matratzen vorhanden, die den Wüschen der meisten Gäste gerecht wird. Weiterhin bemängeln Sie bspw. "Maulwurfhügel" im Garten - nun, darauf haben wir wahrlich keinen Einfluss. Aus unserer Sicht ein "Mangel", den jeder Gast nicht mit "Abzocke" gleichsetzen sollte. Herzliche Grüße von der Waterkant!
