The cozy holiday apartment 'Emmy' is located in the village of Züschen, a district of Winterberg. The 'Emmy' apartment is on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance.

Our 'Emmy' is perfect for 2 people but can host up to 4 people.
The apartment very modern and has all the amenities you might need during your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle.

From the living room you have a wonderful, unspoiled view of the mountains.
You can enjoy the beautiful view from the comfortable sofa while you have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or just watch TV.
On sunny and rainy days, as well as on warm evenings, you can relax on the balcony, eat or drink something. You can also have a barbecue (with an electric grill available for you) while enjoying the beautiful green mountain views.

The 'Emmy' apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed.
The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed suitable for two people.
A cot and high chair for a small guest can be provided free of charge.

Bathroom with shower.

There is a free parking space in front of the house for your car.

Please note:

- The cleaning fee does not include bedding - you can decide whether you want to bring your own bedding and towels or not.
The bedding and towels for 1 person cost €15, for each additional person €5 more (per stay).

Tourist tax in Züschen is mandatory and costs €1.95 per adult per night.
This fee must be transferred before your arrival or it can be paid in cash on the day of check-in.
