A contrast you’re sure to love: a stylish yet cosy one-room apartment in the historic “Hintermeisters” building, located in a prime spot in the popular winter and summer sports centre in the Sauerland region. This chic apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and features a separate entrance with parking and its own outdoor seating area. The living room is a real showstopper, featuring a media wall, a bar table with four chairs, a luxurious sleeper sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a VCR, and a Bluetooth sound system. From there, you enter an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and small freezer. To the right of the entrance is a walk-in closet; the bathroom features a toilet, sink, and shower. On the other side of the hallway is the cosy bedroom with a double bed. Holiday fun in 47 square metres. The apartment includes a parking space for a car or 3–4 motorcycles; bicycles can be securely stored in the garage. Additional costs may apply on-site for a laundry package and the visitor’s tax. A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking; upon arrival, a security deposit of 200 EUR is required for Apartments 47 and 50, 300 EUR for Apartment 90, or 600 EUR for the entire house. Check-in is free of charge from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Any deviations from these times must be arranged directly with housekeeping. Please note: Since some guests prefer to bring their own linens, our linen package is not included in the room rate; an additional 10 EUR per person will be charged for this. In addition, the city of Winterberg charges private guests a visitor’s tax of 3.50 euros per night per person over the age of 16, but in return issues a tourist card that grants you access to a wide range of free activities. In winter, this is the “Sauerland Card,” which offers significant discounts on ski passes and numerous other attractions; public transport is also free during your stay. From April 1 to November 1, we’ll provide you with the “Sauerland Summer Card,” granting you free admission to a wide variety of attractions in and around Winterberg. Activities include the summer toboggan run, the Panorama Adventure Bridge, mini-golf, swimming pools (including 4 hours at Aqua Mundo in Centre Parcs Medebach), bowling, go-karting, pitch & putt, a mini-spa, museums, and much more. A family of four can save up to 1,000 EUR on admission fees!
