Payment is made by bank transfer and is generally due in full at the time of booking. For last-minute bookings, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution if needed. The standard local visitor’s tax for the city of Winterberg applies (3.50 EUR per person per day; children up to and including age 15 are exempt). In exchange, you’ll receive the SauerlandCard, which grants you discounts on many recreational activities in the region. The tourist tax is not included in the room rate. As a little extra, a 5 EUR food and drink voucher for the Panorama Restaurant & Café, located right at the Erlebnisberg Kappe, awaits you upon arrival. Additionally, a bottle of house wine will be provided—your choice of red, white, or rosé. Keys are provided via a key safe at the property. Please note that pets are not allowed.
