Kommunikation zu jederzeit Problemlos, super Lage. Das wasser in der Dusche leider nur kalt bis Lauwarm oder braucht ewig bis es heiß wird ,dann auch nur kurz. Wasserdruck leider auch fast nicht vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer oben hat seine besten Zeiten leider hinter sich. Die Möbel oben sind sehr abgenutzt und die Tapete sehr vergilbt und stellenweise defekt.
