About this property

The apartment building is one of the very few new buildings that are built near the sandy beach of Marbella. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a large open plan kitchen and living room area.

Carib Playa/Marbesa district is full of beach restaurants and it has some shops within walking distance. The beaches of this area are the most popular ones in all of Marbella.

The community has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor gym with TechnoGym machines.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for our guests including towels and bedlinen.

Modern lägenhet med bra läge

Fin lägenhet att bo i. Tyvärr så hade det rökts i lägenheten som störde vår vistelse. Hyresvärden försökte rätta till detta genom att byta filter på AC:n men röklukten satt fast i lägenheten.
