Casa Colin by Theater Home, ancient lemon house with panoramic view

Located in Cecina-Toscolano in an old renovated lemon house 300 m from the beaches and the beautiful harbour. In a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees, it enjoys good views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. In a few minutes you reach the centre where there are pizzerias, shops, restaurants and the pharmacy.

The apartment is a two-room apartment of 50 square meters on two levels and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. On the ground floor we find a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and furnished garden and on the first floor we have a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Comforts include the kitchen (4 burners), German coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

Sport and health: indoor pool 3 km away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero in Tignale), sailing and surfing at about 10 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 2 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Unterkunft hatte sehr ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Landschaft und den See (1.OG) Strand gut erreichbar. Im Ort selbst kein Freilauf für den Hund, deshalb war der Garten Gold wert. Gartenstühle sollten ersetzt oder repariert werden, WLAN ist quasi nicht zu gebrauchen. Auch beide Couch könnten ersetzt werden.

Tolles Haus mit Seeblick in Bestlage

Beste Lage mit toller Aussicht auf den See und Berge, sogar vom Bett und WC aus. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen, auch der schöne, ruhige und saubere Hundestrand, wenn man ihn gefunden hat. Tolles Haus mit viel Potenzial und gut eingezäuntem Garten, wo der Hund auch mal Bellen darf. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 Sonnenliegen, Deckenventilator, Terrassen-Markisen, Sonnenschirme, Außenüberdachung, schönes Bad, genügend Stecker und Adapter. Verdunklungsjalousien und -Markisen. Wir und der Hund haben uns 11 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Stühle haben wir umgeräumt, 2 kleine ins Haus und 2 Rattan auf die Terrasse. Die Klappcouch ist zum Sitzen nicht geeignet, aber es gibt ja noch ein 2. Sofa. Die Stuhl-, Kopf- und Liegekissen vielleicht mal in abwaschbare tauschen. 2 Fliegengitter erneuern. Die Hecke schneiden, damit das Tor auf bleibt. Das W-Lan könnte besser sein. Wir konnten damit leben, aber es wird ja nach Verbesserung gefragt.

Wir haben uns mit Hund super wohl gefühlt, alles da was man braucht, das Schlafzimmer war sogar klimatisiert Die Liegen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müssten getauscht werden. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden.

Nicht zu empfehlen !!!

Das ist eine Unterkunft die aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht weiter empfohlen werden kann. Bewertung in Kurzform: Dreckig und für uns kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Ein Haus, in dem wir es vermieden haben, uns drinnen aufzuhalten. Wir haben einen Kurzaufenthalt von Samstag bis Freitag gebucht. War unser erster Gardasee-Trip. Angefangen von der sehr schlechten anzufahrenden Adresse (angegebene Hausnummer stimmt nicht) und Google-Maps ist aufgrund des schlechten Handynetzes bedingt durch die Berge völlig überfordert. Man biege NICHT in die von Maps angegebene Via Roina rechts ein, sondern nutze den davor gelegenen Kreisverkehr. Dann bleibt auch das Auto heil. Von außen ist das Objekt OK. Das Auto kann unter einer Art Halbgarage geparkt werden. Nachdem uns der Vermieter dies und das erklärte, haben wir uns das Innere angesehen. Sämtliche Lamellenjalousien waren unansehnlichst verbogen. Die Wände an der Treppe waren von Gebrauchsspuren übersät. Allein das Geld, welches wir für die Unterkunft bezahlt haben, würde für eine Innenrenovierung reichen. Die einzig vorhandene Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer trauten wir uns nicht einzuschalten. Der Ventilator über dem Bett hatte eine dicke Staubschicht. Sämtliches Geschirr haben wir vor der Nutzung gespült. Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks verdreckt. On Top: Das Haus wird mit WLAN angeboten. Gab es nicht.

Wunderbare Ruhe, Garten ideal für die Hunde, alles picobello , tolles Restaurant Al Bertansi in Roina, schön zu Fuß. Der konkrete Anfahrtsweg muss besser ausgewiesen werden, der Eigentliche für größere Fahrzeuge zu eng. Mussten uns durchfragen. Wunderschöne Gegend, leider kein Seezugang für Hunde, sind nach Moderna und Salo an Hundestrand immer mit dem Auto.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für die andere Seite des Gardasees

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Mit zwei Hunden und einem abgeschlossenen Garten und einem überaus hilfsbereiten Vermieter, so einer serviceorientierten Vermietungsagentur. Die Ruhe und die Lage des Grundstücks sind sehr schön, die Einrichtung vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber wenn man den ganzen Tag draußen ist, ist es alles kein Thema. Mit zwei Hunden, eine ideale Ausgangssituation, da der Garten abgeschlagen ist, und niemand sich beschwert falls der Hund mal bellt . Und wer diese Seite des Gardasees noch nicht kennt, hatte die beste Möglichkeit, sowohl nördlich als auch südlich auf Entdeckungstour zu gehen. Verbessertes Internet für Workation wäre sicherlich dafür geeignet, öfters vorbei zu kommen. Das Sofa zu ersetzen wäre wünschenswert, um auch die Abende drinnen genießen zu können
