This fascinating vintage rustic property is located in Cecina, in a quiet area surrounded by olive groves, but just a few minutes from the centre of Toscolano Maderno, where you can find pizzerias, shops, restaurants and the pharmacy. A corner of serenity that, while immersed in nature, is conveniently connected to main services.
The strong point of this residence is the large enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying outdoor relaxation in total privacy. The rustic and vintage atmosphere of the dwelling welcomes you in a warm and welcoming environment, ideal for an escape from daily chaos.
The rustic property is a two-room apartment of approximately 50 sqm, ideal for 3 people. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a kitchen and access to the furnished garden, a perfect place to eat outdoors or simply relax. On the first floor, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower complete the offering, making the apartment comfortable and functional.
The rooms include a well-equipped kitchen with 4 hobs and extractor, microwave, German coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning on the first floor for maximum comfort during the stay.
The rustic property has a private garden and a reserved parking space. Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost (€9.00 per person for bed linen and €6.00 for towels).

Rustico Cecina in Toscolano Maderno
Die esitzer, die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen waren sehr nett.
Ab und an Besuch von Familie mit Kindern, was aber absolut nicht störend war. Schöner grosser Garten, Klimaanlage mit Aufpreis. Direkt um die Ecke drei Restaurants, die alle zu emofehlen sind. Kleiner Einkaufsladen mit frischen Brötchen, Wurst, Käse usw. 100 m entfernt. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Wasser. Zu Fuss schon 20 bis 30 Minuten.
Schöner Hundebadestrand. Jeden Donnerstag ist dort Markt. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit sehr netten Gastgebern.
Würde ich immer wieder hinfahren.
In dem Haus fehlt ein Backofen und vor Allem ein Staubsauger. Sonst alles vorhanden.

Schön aber nicht privat
Einfaches und nettes Rustico. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler. Schöner grosser Garten, der geteilt wird.
3 leckere Restaurants im Dorf (zwei davon direkt Gegenüber)
Gut zu wissen:
- Die Klimaanlage muss man separat bezahlen und vorankündigen
- Die Müllentsorgung ist kompliziert (Nur Monatgs Restmüll)
- Die Matraze ist sehr hart und grösser als der Bettrahmen
- Abgesehen von einem Holzscheit gibt es kein Schneidebrett
- Es gibt trotz Messerblock kein scharfes Messer
- Das WLAN ist eine Vodaphone Box. Die mal Verbindung hat und mal nicht. Lieber darauf einstellen, dass es eine Internetfreie Bleibe ist.
Wir haben uns auf einen privaten umzäunten Garten am Gardasee gefreut. In diesem Garten wohnt aber auch der Besitzer, mit seiner Katze und Besuchern (auch Kleinkinder) die im Garten sind. Wir haben liebe, verspielte und ein bisschen wilde Hunde. Der Besitzer ist Hunderfreundlich und wir konnten sie frei springen lassen, aber trotzdem mussten wir immer aufpassen, auch das Tor war an einem Tag einfach offen. Wir verstehen etwas anderes unter "privater Garten".

Urlaub mit Hund
Das Rustico ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen tollen Garten. Für uns mit Hund ist es ideal gewesen.
Das Inventar der Küche müsste ersetzt werden, es ist alt und zum Teil unappetitlich. Mit dem Müll hatten wir Mühe da unser Aufenthalt so gelegen ist das wir am Schluß nicht wussten wo wir ihn leeren sollen da keine Müllabfuhr war.

Gute Lace
Schönes ruhiges Haus
Die Lage und der Zustand des Hauses sind hervorragend. Es sollte eine Information geben dass Bettwäsche und Toilettenpapier sowie Salz und Gewürze mitzunehmen sind. Kein guter Service ist den Kunden zur Schlüsselübergabe nach Tignale zu schicken um ihm dort mitzuteilen dass die Übergabe in Toscolano stattfindet.
