The house on the cliffs is located in the district of Redewisch directly on the beach of the Baltic Sea. It is the only holiday home in Boltenhagen which is right on the water. Enjoy the unique view from the garden plot of the second highest cliff in Germany and over the entire Boltenhagen Bay. Quickly into the Baltic Sea before breakfast? No problem due to the direct beach access and only about 4.50 m to the Baltic Sea.

Very nice maisonette apartment (approx. 50 m²) starting on the first floor with a large eat-in kitchen in which everything is in a well-equipped kitchen. In the upper part of the apartment there is the hallway, the bathroom with bathtub and two separate bedrooms with a large double bed or two single beds, a flat-screen TV and a large floor-to-ceiling balcony window with a fantastic sea view. Outside, the apartment includes beach chairs, garden furniture, grill kmin and its own parking space.

Families with children in particular will appreciate the spaciousness of our property. Football, garden chess or romp on your own children's playground. No problem on our 2000m2 garden plot. Nevertheless, everyone can still find their quiet spot on the huge sunbathing lawn, lounge terrace or in our barbecue area. Due to the natural stone wall that borders the property to the beach, the children are also safe to play and run around.

You will find the fireplace room on the ground floor of the house. Here you can chat with other guests from different regions or enjoy a warming fire when the storms roar outside, especially in autumn and winter. Various board games are also available for guests.
You will also find the sauna and wellness area on the ground floor of the house. Here you have the opportunity to relax in a modern sauna facility and pamper your body and mind. Separate showers and sufficient relaxation areas are of course also available. You can also enjoy various massage treatments there.

As a guest you have direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. So you can enjoy the Baltic Sea in the early morning or in the evening.

On the sunbathing area and lounge terrace in front of the holiday home you will find cozy and wind-protected seating areas as well as the grill fireplace with unobstructed sea views.

Of course, the large meadow can also be used for ball games or sunbathing. A children's playground provides a suitable pastime for the little guests.

Our holiday home is an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the vicinity of the Klützer Winkel. We have bicycles of various sizes ready for our guests for such trips in our in-house bike rental at special conditions. A garden chess game, soccer goals and a rental for stand up paddle, kayak and boat complete the offer for our guests in the house.
