About this property

Apartment with sea view, sauna and swimming pool. 5 min from the beach.

A new 2-room apartment with swimming pool, saunas, whirlpool, bedroom, room with kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace. Playground for children and all this just 10 minutes from the sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. The entire facility is modern and was built 2 years ago. All this is 10 km from Kolberg and 3 km from the motorway. The journey from Berlin takes less than 3 hours on the motorway. I can only recommend this apartment. Marius

Było wszystko super.Apartament był czysty,nic nie brakowało.Ich hatte nichts auszusetzen,es ist ein sehr sauberes Apartment, auch eine sehr saibere Anlage.Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut.Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Sehr nett, sauber sehr gute Lage, sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr modern, leider war der Fahrstuhl über die Feiertage defekt, also Fitness inbegriffen 🤗💪, alles im allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Keine Empfehlung

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, aus der man etwas machen könnte. Leider mangelte es in der Küche an elementaren Dingen, wie z. B. ein Lappen zum Tisch abwischen, Toaster, Geschirrtuch und Haken. Auch der Abfluss der Spüle ließ sich nicht dicht verschließen. Eine Garderobe wäre schön gewesen. In der Ecke des Wohnzimmers standen kaputte Gartenstühle. Das Unangenehmste war jedoch der Geruch nach erfolgtem Toilettenbesuch, der sich dank nicht vorhandener Lüftung durch einen Schlitz in der Toilettentür direkt in Wohnzimmer/ Küche verteilte. Da rüber half auch nicht der übergroße Fernseher hinweg. Nicht informiert wurden wir über die Großbaustelle direkt gegenüber, durch die wir um 7 Uhr/ Samstag 7.30 Uhr aus dem Schlaf geholt wurden. Das Schwimmbad/ Sauna/ Whirlpool befindet sich nicht im Haus, sondern in der Wohnsiedlung. Die Covid-Richtlinien (Personenbegrenzungen) wurden nicht eingehalten. Impf- bzw. Genesungsausweise oder Testate wurden weder in der Wohnung noch im Schwimmbad geprüft.

:) Wir haben viele Gäste, aber wenige sind so launisch wie Kinder. Dies ist kein Hotel, um Tests zu überprüfen. Sie können jederzeit eine Verkostung oder eine Impfung an der Grenze vorzeigen. Viel Glück
