Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re truly glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin’s great location, cleanliness, and overall experience. I’m sorry we could not accommodate a 2nd reservation change request within a week of arrival—during our busy season—we weren’t able to adjust the dates again. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and our policy doesn’t allow cancellation due to weather. But we were happy to see the weather forecast was incorrect and it didn’t rain for 10 days straight as you stated.
