Welcome to your coastal retreat! This bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for relaxation and easy indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy the floral surrounded front patio and screened-in lanai featuring a comfortable couch set, TV, dining table and heated pool. The lanai overlooks a canal where you can spot local wildlife, including alligators! A perfect getaway comfort, nature, and sunshine.

This open, light-filled home features expansive sliding glass doors that fully open to the lanai, creating seamless access to the pool from the primary bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Enjoy stunning views, abundant natural light, and refreshing coastal breezes throughout the day.
Unwind in the cozy living room with a mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun. The dining area offers a charming four-seat table for intimate meals, or gather around the kitchen peninsula for a more casual, social dining experience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dedicated coffee bar with both drip and single-pod coffee options to start your mornings right. For your convenience, we provide a guest starter kit stocked with coffee pods, detergent pods, snacks, and mini water bottles—so you can settle in and feel at home right away.
The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet and has a direct access to the patio/pool area. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a custom walk-in shower with rain shower head. The split level design gives two more bedrooms and a bathroom are on the opposite side of this home, giving guests a wing of their own. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and a full closet. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom features a vanity and a shower-tub combination. The designated laundry room located off the kitchen has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. This home is also equipped with WIFI.
On the lanai, you will find an outdoor eating area where you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine or a game of cards. Games and cards are kept under the coffee bar for added fun! There is also a lounging area, where you can watch a show on the outdoor TV! There is standalone grill on the front patio with a dining area, perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets.

• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds, this leads to irreversible stains.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin.
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials.
• We provide a grill, propane and grilling utensils. Ensure that the BBQ cover is placed back on it after each use to prevent rusting or damage. Please do so once the BBQ has completely cooled down.• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly, may be on a day of your stay.
•We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon checkout, all WHITE bath/wash/hand towels loaded into washing machine. Pool and kitchen towels in a pile next to washing machine. All beds stripped and piled next to be door.
Dishes loaded into dishwasher. Start the dishwasher with provided dish detergent pod. Set the thermostat to 80 degrees. Turn off all fans, lights and televisions. Place pool toys back in the deck box.
Sign out of your streaming platforms on televisions.Trash is collected on Tuesdays, have trash and recycling bin set upat street by Monday evening. Bins must be brought back in by Tuesday evening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
