Relax and unwind in our beautiful open split floor plan home. This newly renovated home, features a large, spacious kitchen, beautiful extra large pool, and relaxing lanai area, Free-WIFI nestled on a quiet canal lot. Just 10-15 minutes from beautiful Englewood beaches or the breathtaking beach on Boca Grande.
Fully stocked kitchen, dishes to utensils, cookware, and towels, bed linens, all amenities, including, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven/range, coffee and wine bar will make you feel like home. For your convenience, enjoy morning coffee and breakfast poolside on the lanai, there is a coffee maker and toaster, or eat-in nook dining area for 6 overlooks the heated saltwater pool area.
The master suite is located on the opposite side of the house, with a cozy king-sized bed, new smart Roku TV, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and two bowl vanity. Linens and a hairdryer, shampoo, and body wash are provided. Patio doors which lead directly to screened pool/lanai area.

Located just beyond the kitchen there are two spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser space, and a smart Roku TV. The third bedroom, has a king bed, closet, and dressers, Roku TV and a patio door that overlooks heated salt water pool and lanai area.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, sink, a mirror, linens, bath towels and 6 pool/beach towels. For added convenience, there is a door that directly leads to the pool area.

The family room has comfy sofa, loveseat and swivel chair, with large screen Roku TV and desk area. This all opens up to the large eat-in kitchen, and heated salt water pool lanai area. Enjoy the beautiful view from the living room to the pool and back yard.

Laundry/Mud room with washer and dryer conveniently located just off the kitchen and garage, with starter laundry supplies for you convenience.

A lanai area for relaxing and enjoying Florida wildlife. Pool over looking backyard and canal. Six lounge chairs, love seat, 2 chairs and a table for four, for added space to enjoy lunch or dinners on the Lanai. For added convenience, there is also a separate washroom adjacent to the heated salt water pool, or take advantage of the outdoor shower.

There is a BBQ Grill with a propane tank for grilling lunches by the pool or dinner under the stars.

In the garage for your use, are six beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, beach toys and yard games to make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.

Toilet paper, and paper towels are provided to get you started for your stay.
Security ring devices add additional peace of mind.

No Pets, and No Smoking!
This HOA does not allow commercial buisiness vehicles parked in driveways.

Great Family Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Rotonda, First time to Florida and explored all along the gulf coast and staying here was a highlight. Quiet area perfect for a relaxing vacation that was close to great beaches and close enough to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The house was clean and the whole family enjoyed the pool, definitely recommend!

Awesome Property

Unfortunately I didn’t have time to use the pool, but the pool was larger than you’ll find at a lot of rentals and very clean. The house was in a great location, clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. Too often you’ll find really hard mattresses, but this was like sleeping on a cloud! Definitely keeping this property bookmarked.

Amazing times!

The house is conveniently located near grocery stores, beach, ice cream places, bunch of restaurants, dolphin tours and many playgrounds! The house is well stocked with everything that you might need for relaxed vacation. There are little samples of soaps and lotions just enough for the first days so you don’t have to think about it. Our favorite part in the kitchen was Ninja air fryer! This house can become a perfect family vacation spot!

Piece of Paradise

Entering the property using the WIFI deadbolt made check-in easy. The owner was easy to contact. The house was spacious, quiet, and located in a nice neighborhood. There is nothing lacking here, from the kitchen to the laundry; pool towels and pool floats; to the multiple new TVs. There were plenty of parks in and around the development, and the residents we encountered on the trails were pleasant and courteous. The pool was perfect for swimming (which we did daily) and sitting around.

Our first vacation together

This was out first vacation together and upon arrival when we walked in the house was beautiful. Just like all the photos we had seen and we couldnt believe it. The pool was awesome and the way the house was decorated was great. The master bedroom was large and we just couldnt believe how nice everything looked. Pictures do not do this house justice, and this being our first vacation together we where happy and excited when we got there and it was exactly what we wanted. If you had any questions or concerns the owners responded quickly. Its a very nice neighborhood and we loved having the pool to ourselves and just laying out. They have everything you need to enjoy the time. We cannot wait to return. I would suggest this property to anyone, it is awesome!!!!!

I've been renting vacation homes in Florida for the past 25 years. I wish I could give this home 25 stars. We never rented a house as clean as this one was. Big rooms with plenty of space, T.Vs in all the bedrooms, watching was great for the kids. The big pool under a cage was great, and it was clean as could be! Plenty of outdoor furniture and a big gas grill for BBQing. Everything you need for a family dinner is there. This host thought of everything, every appliance imaginable. Most importantly, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, surrounded by beautiful homes. As far as the host, there was no need for us to contact them because there were no problems. The funny thing is that they messaged us twice. The first time was to ask if we were happy with the home, and the second time was to ask if there were any problems. This was a first for us, NOT ONE PROBLEM!
