The former glass grinding and polishing plant is located in the Upper Palatinate Forest Nature Park directly on the Schwarzach and is a listed building. The property is located in a park landscape surrounded by meadows and forests. You can start your hikes, bike tours and expeditions on the doorstep or just sit and enjoy nature. Take a break and recharge your batteries! On the ground floor of the historic villa, we have renovated a spacious, luxurious apartment for two people. The monument has been given a modern design on the inside and has retained its morbid charm on the outside. The modern apartment has 100 m2 and has a high-quality kitchenette with induction hob, microwave with grill and convection oven, dishwasher, coffee pad machine etc. In the open living area you will find a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV. We have furnished the bedroom with a double bed with a vanity, shower and toilet. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and we only used ecological building materials.
