Vacation apartment (52 m²) with a balcony and a view of the Pfreimd River

The apartment, located on the ground floor and featuring a balcony, is equipped as follows. A cosy, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, stove with oven, stereo system, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine (including pods), electric kettle, blender, dishes, tea towels, toaster, microwave, and egg cooker. A cordless vacuum cleaner is also available. Trash bags and dishwasher tablets are provided. A comfortable couch can be used as a sleeping area. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room. The cosy bedroom has a double bed (2 beds, 100 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and seating. There is a safe in the closet. Bedding is provided. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the garden. The bathroom features a toilet, an open, walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and a washing machine. The dryer in the basement can be used upon request as needed. A hair dryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. All windows can be blacked out. Our ****-star oasis “Blick auf die Pfreimd” offers a magnificent view of the flowing Pfreimd River. We have an enchanting garden that invites you to linger, with its pavilion and idyllic outdoor seating area by the garden pond. You can unwind on the balcony or in the garden. We take special care to maintain a smoke-free environment and provide allergy-friendly amenities to ensure you have a restful stay. If you’d still like to smoke, you’re welcome to do so on the balcony or in the garden. Located on the outskirts of town, our house promises peace and relaxation. Our basement features a sauna (available for a fee)—the perfect way to take a break from everyday life. Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are provided. Parking spaces are located right in front of the house. Wi-Fi is free. A bakery with a corner store—open on Thursdays and Saturdays and offering fresh pizza and wood-fired bread on Thursdays—as well as a butcher shop with a restaurant are located “just around the corner.” Pets are not allowed. The King’s Casino in Rozvadov is 18 km away. We look forward to welcoming you!

Eine fünf Sterne Ferienwohnung! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und die Möglichkeit die hauseigene Sauna zu nutzen, ist grandios. Man kann problemlos direkt vor der Tür los wandern!

Bei Fam. Schieder hat einfach alles gestimmt. Eine saubere, top eingerichtete FEWO in der uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Nette, kommunikative Wirtsleute, das Haus in bester Lage für Unternehmungen wie Wandern oder Radfahren. Wir waren voll begeistert und können diese FEWO nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber waren immer ansprechbar, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe oder eine Frage hatte. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft und liebe Menschen

Wir konnten durch einen schlimmen Stau erst Nachts anreisen. War überhaupt kein Problem. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Der Wohnbereich hat eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Wir haben gerne da gekocht. Die Wirtin ist sehr nett und hat uns aus ihrem wunderschönen Garten mit Kräutern versorgt. Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut. Zum Schlafzimmer gehörte ein langer Balkon mit einem richtig schönen Blick auf den Garten und die Umgebung. Man kann in der Umgebung jede Menge unternehmen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältis

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen mit einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten, den die Gäste großzügig nutzen können. Die Einrichtung der Räume hat einen guten Standard, so dass man sich gleich wohlfühlen kann. Für die Ausstattung der Küchen- und Badbenutzung ist an alles gedacht. Die Vermieter, ein nettes Ehepaar, sind sehr darum bemüht, damit es einem an nichts fehlt. Ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Rundum ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, gegeben durch sympathische Gastgeber.
