Good location, good communication with host contact and plenty of parking spots. Small, but quiet and comfortable. Short drive to nice beaches. Good overall value.

While the room was small, it provided exactly what we needed. We didn't spend much time in there outside of sleeping. Good property for a great value. Pretty close to the beach and a lot of chairs and bikes to rent (for free) when going to the beach. Will stay here again if in the area!

The room was clean, recently remodeled, had new furnishings and furniture, parking was free, and best of all, the price was an extremely good value. Warning: the room IS small. Host was very receptive to our requests.

It’s a big stretch calling this a studio, small room and it’s in the middle of the floor with a small bathroom, it’s just ok I was there for work, biggest complaint is lights outside are always on so even with the curtains shut you are sleeping with light on.
