Villa Cala Petita is located in a beautiful villa neighbourhood of Cala d'Or and has direct access to Cala Petita, a small sandy beach in the heart of Cala d'Or. It is an ideal holiday home for discerning guests who do not necessarily want to be dependent on a car. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. A funicular railway connects the different parts of Cala D'Or. Cala D'Or is a family-friendly holiday resort with 7 beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. The golf course of Vall D'Or, the tranquil village of Portocolom, with its enchanting natural harbour, and the natural beach of Cala Mondragó are only a few minutes away by car.

The distances within Cala d'Or are on foot. Due to the one-way street regulations within the village, the distances by car may vary accordingly.

Villa Cala Petita is a spacious and bright holiday home with several levels. On the street level there is a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with access to the covered terrace overlooking the lower pool area - this terrace also has a vertical awning. The large, modern kitchen is also located on this level, as are the utility room and a guest WC and the first sleeping area. This consists of the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, as well as two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a very spacious twin bedroom with an open-plan bathroom with shower. This bedroom has its own terrace with a lovely chill-out area and side views of the small sandy bay of Cala Dor.

Air conditioning throughout the house with set operating times: 14:00 - 16:00 h and 20:00 - 08:00 h

The outdoor area is located on the lowest level and has an infinity pool with integrated children's pool and a beautiful sun deck. Here you will also find the pool house with a great BBQ, table, pantry, fridge and outdoor sink. An outdoor shower is also available. From the pool area you can reach the small sandy bay of Cala Petita through the garden. Parking is available on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Second cot/highchair on request.
