Finca Marinera is set in a lovely position between Calonge and S'Horta on a large plot of land with almond and olive trees. There are shopping facilities and some excellent restaurants in Calonge. The popular holiday resort Cala d'Or is only 6 km away and offers a variety of leisure activities, shops, a number of nice beaches, nightlife and restaurants as well as the elegant marina, with a nice selection of restaurants and bars. The unspoilt beaches of Cala Mondragó are in 10 minutes travelling distance and the popular golf course of Vall d'Or can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The finca Marinera is comfortably furnished and offers 4 double bedrooms and 3 well sized bathrooms.

The groundfloor is split into a is a large living-/dining area, separate kitchen and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has direct access to the porch through large french windows, which offer views of the countryside and the sea. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool terrace, the second bedroom has a privat terrace.

Two more bedrooms sharing one bathroom are on the first floor. Both have private terraces with beautiful views of the countryside and the sea.

The finca Marinera is set on a plot of approximately 11.000 square meters with landscaped gardens and trees. All terraces and the pool terrace offer marvellous seaviews. There are sun loungers and sunshades and a nice BBQ area adjoining the porch.



Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available free on request.
