Shows in Reno and plenty of great restaurants, Hot August nights, Hot Air Balloons in Sept. Snow melts pretty quickly in Sparks and Reno, but beautiful on mountains for awhile.

Why they chose this property

We purchased and lived in this house in 2020 because it had lots of space and extra large garage and driveway. It is a quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. Reno, Tahoe, even California isn't far away, so if you like gambling, skiing, eating at nice restaurants, balloon races, or Hot August Nights this is a nice place to visit. We live in Reno, so we are close if renters need anything.

What makes this property unique

If one needs to work while they are staying here, there is a nice office with two desks and bookshelves in the front of the house.
Large garage to parks cars in and large driveway for multiple vehicles, even room for an RV behind a gated fence. We have a cute little breakfast nook with storage benches.
