Unfortunately when Farrah booked I was right in the process of syncing the calendar with the other sites and her inquiry got through. The property was already booked on another site and I could not accommodate two parties at the same time. I called VRBO and followed their instructions to fix the issue. Also, I apologized to Farrah and explained the situation. She was immediately refunded and given a 5-star review. The incident was just one of those things out of my control.
