Finca Rosana in Pollensa

Finca with a large pool and a nice garden close to Pollensa. Finca Rosana is located at only about 3 kilometres from the golf course and is a very charming holiday home for a couple. Supplementary bed possible.

Finca Rosana is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean gardens and lawns. The house is located between Pollença and Alcúdia and just about 3 kilometres from the Pollença golf course. The old town of Pollença is at a short driving distance. The old town of Pollença is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

In the opposite direction and only about 15 minutes drive away is the small town of Alcúdia which has a beautiful old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and fine shopping facilities. Its port, Puerto Alcudia, offers a wide variety of leisure activities, a water park, nightlife and a number of restaurants from fine dining to family friendly/casual along the seaside promenade. The beach of Alcudia bay is almost 7 kilometres long, of fine sand and with shallow waters. It is very popular with wind and kite surfers.

The golf courses of Pollensa and Alcanada are in a short travelling distance. There are a number of nice hotels with wellness areas. The nearby Tramontana mountain range attracts hikers from all over the island and is also very popular with bikers who are looking for a real challenge.

Finca Rosana is a lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished holiday home, a dream come true for a romantic holiday! The living area has an open-plan design. High ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta floors, wood and large windows provide a very welcoming and cosy ambience. The kitchenette is fully fitted and has a separate pantry. The master bedroom and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower complete the ground floor. The bedroom offers air-conditioning h/c and built-in cupboards.

A stylish wooden staircase is leading up to the mezzanine floor, which is fitted with a single bed, sleeping a third person. The washing machine is in a small building outside.

Finca Rosana offers a beautiful and large garden with many places to relax and unwind. The pool is large for a house for two with a size of 4 x 8 metres. There is a sun terrace with loungers and a small table with chairs. Also beside the pool is a brick-built BBQ-are and an outdoor shower. The large veranda at the house is overlooking the garden and the pool and is fitted with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
