The tastefully designed villa Son Asopa I is situated on a large estate in a very idyllic location near Artà, in the northeast of Mallorca. A bright living space and attention to detail create a very special ambiance. The 170m² finca consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (all with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a safe, satellite television, a baby cot, a child's bed and a highchair. The spacious private outdoor area is perfect for spending the evenings on the covered terrace with home-cooked meals from the barbecue or sunbathing in the garden before taking a refreshing swim in the pool. The picturesque town of Artà is 4 km (5-minute drive) from the property, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés, while Cala Auberdans, with its beautiful sandy beach, is a 7-minute drive away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
