Located on the 8th floor in a building in Westerland, the holiday apartment "Blick über Sylt" offers an ideal seaside location. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and combi oven, and a bathroom with hairdryer, accommodating 2 guests (2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child/baby). Wi-Fi is available for an extra fee. Enjoy a fantastic view over Westerland and the popular island of Sylt all the way to the mainland from your furnished balcony (roof garden).



The highlight of this apartment is its proximity to Westerland’s main beach, right outside your door, perfect for swimming and long walks on golden sand by the deep blue sea. A supermarket is just 200 m away, and a wide selection of restaurants and shops can be found nearby on Friedrich- and Strandstraße. The “Sylter Welle” leisure pool with sauna area is also close by.



There is no private parking. Public parking is available in front of the building for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included. Free calls within Germany are possible from the apartment phone.



A bike rental is available in the building during peak season, otherwise about 50 m away on Andreas-Dirks-Straße. Please note that a local tourist tax applies, varying by season. Children under 18 are exempt. The elevator reaches the 7th floor; you need to walk one flight to the 8th floor. Views: landmark, waterfront, city. Pets are not allowed.

Pros: Der Gastgeber ist sympatisch und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist in einem Haus in bester Lage, die Fahrstühle haben einen sehr guten Standart

Die Lage ist perfekt

Pros: Zuverlässig, erreichbar sehr netter Vermieter, Top sauber. Cons: Ich haette mir statt der Couch ein Bett gewünscht. Die Sessel und der Tisch nehmen zu viel Platz ein. Gut gemeint, ich haette jedoch diesen Raum für mich gebraucht. Die Bedürfnisse sind verschieden. Daher ist es interessant, wie andere dies sehen. Am Vermieter liegt es sicher nicht, er ist extrem hilfsbereit und sympatisch Ich danke ihm für das Appartement.
