PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Grill must also be cleaned prior to departure.
AC temperature must be turned up to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Additional day guests must be pre-approved and an event fee might be added.
