The holiday home “Ferienhaus in der Blaiche” is located in St. Leonhard Passeier and stretches over 3 storeys. The chalet with a stunning mountain view consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a children's bed and a highchair. Vinegar, salt, a muesli dispenser with 2 types of muesli, coffee and tea are provided for free. Furthermore, the property boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony and a garden. There is also a shared open terrace, which is available for your use. Enjoy an overnight experience under the stars in the garden and outdoor kitchen!

The highlight of the accommodation is your private infrared cabin where you can enjoy some relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. There is also a shoe dryer for your ski shoes in the house. In approximately 15 minutes driving you will reach the centre of the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier where you will find cafes, bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy. Some restaurants with traditional Alpine food (“Innerwalten” and “Alpenrose”) are also few minutes away driving. The ski lift “Jaufen” , which belongs to the ski resort of Ratschings, is located approximately 15 minutes away driving. It is not necessary to go to the valley station as you can drive to the mountain pass of Jaufen and park at the ski lift. From here you have access to the whole of the Ratschings ski resort. The city of Merano is a 40-minute drive from the property (28.9 km) and the city of Sterzing can be reached by car in approximately 45 minutes (30 km). The accommodation is particularly suitable for hiking and sport enthusiasts as there are multiple hiking trails in the area, particularly in the areas of Moser Alm and Wanser Alm. There is a hiking trail to Jaufenspitz for experienced hikers and to Fleckner for beginners.



Parking spaces are available on the property. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. 2 extra beds (one for a child and one for an adult) can be provided upon request and for an additional charge per person per night.



Olive Oil is available in the apartment.



Feeding bowl and dog bed available. Also, both balcony and terrace are fenced, so that dogs don't walk away.
