Très ordinaire!!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivé sur place, la responsable n'a pas laissé de code wifi même si l'annonce indiquait accès à wifi. Difficile de communiquer avec l'Hôtesse puisqu'elle ne parlait pas du tout anglais. Le matelas du lit dans la chambre était atroce (très très dure et inconfortable). Nous avons dû prendre le matelas du sofa lit qui lui était moins pire. Il n'y avait aucune couverture, seulement des draps. Il n'y avait même pas de draps pour le matelas du sofa lit. Concernant la cuisine, la poêle était complètement désuète, bon pour les ordures à mon avis. Aucun grille pain sur place. Cuisine incomplète, difficile de se préparer un repas. Sur l'annonce on remarque qu'il a un comptoir pour cuisiner. Il n'y a aucun comptoir pour préparer un repas. Il n'y avait même pas de poubelle. On vous laisse seulement 2 sacs de vidange. Seul point positif, l'emplacement et la vue.

Comme certains clients préfèrent les matelas plus durs aux matelas plus souples et vice versa, il est malheureusement impossible de répondre aux goûts de chacun. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé que la literie fournie était insuffisante. Les hôtes de la propriété sont toujours prêts à aider les clients à se sentir plus à l'aise pendant leur séjour. Le poêle peut être vu sur les photos dans la description de la propriété. Nous sommes désolés qu'il n'ait pas été à votre goût. La cuisine est équipée des éléments essentiels nécessaires pour les vacances, détaillés dans la description de la propriété. Si vous trouvez que quelque chose manque ou doit être remplacé, les hôtes sont disponibles pour vous aider.
