The 3 bed, 3 bath worked great for our group. The kids enjoyed the large tub in the living room. Having the kitchen was great to make our meals.

The room worked well for our trip. Three beds and three baths worked great for three families. The kitchen had very basic supplies and the room was mostly clean, but not as clean as I would have liked. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider renting again.

Amazing time. Check in was a little confusing but once we figured that out it was smooth sailing. Staff was very attentive and quick to respond when needed. Room was clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the balcony over the trees. Wish we could of stayed longer we will be back for sure!!

Space was great. Quality not so much. Beds and couches extremely uncomfortable. There were no supplies as if it was an Vrbo. Also had to ask for extra towels and blankets from resort and they were out.

Host was difficult to impossible to contact. Tried to add an additional day and couldn’t. Had to make a second reservation which caused us to get locked out of our room and unable to access our belongings. This wa supposed to be corrected and never was. Did not receive check in instructions until an hour before arrival which was well after check in time.

The room was very clean! Usually we have to do a wipe over ourselves, but the staff did a very good job! Keeping in contact with the host was easy and they tried their best to respond back as soon as they could. Our room was an easy walk to the water park and game room . When we needed more things, they sent staff right away. Water park was clean . Then only issues we had were field trip kids there and none of the tubes were available for use until after 2 pm.
