Entire property provides privacy and is enclosed by wood fencing and an electronic gate, you will be provided with the code. Lots of parking spots inside gate and a few on the street.

Laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided!
In consideration for all of our neighbors, we ask that Quiet Hours are FIRMLY observed. There is a shared wall with the unit next door, and another neighbor on the other side of the patio. Please avoid any congregation outside the property during Quiet Hours. Noise complaints may result in eviction without refund.

This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We really love ❤️ our neighbors; therefore, we want to keep it this way.

1) Smoking & drugs are prohibited in the house. (you can smoke in the yard). NO marijuana smoking allowed.

2) Parties are absolutely NOT allowed! whatsoever!! Eviction will be executed without refund. Party means exceeding the allowed number of people & vehicles on the reservation (if you exceed the number of people and vehicles on the reservation, you must message us for permission).

3) Noise Levels - Guests must keep the noise level outside reasonable during the day and keep it VERY LOW at night.

4) HOT PANS & PANS- Please DO NOT place hot pans or plates on Quartz countertops. If damaged you will be charged to fix or replace.

5) DISHWASHER-Please put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and
run the load. The dishwasher pods are under the sink.

6) CLEAN UP & TRASH- Dispose ALL trash in the trash bins. Failure to do so will result in $25 per bag fee and $30 for dirty dishes. (Cleaners charge additional for those)

6) TOWELS- At check out please put all towels in the hampers provided.
