I chose this neighborhood in Fenton about 20 years ago, and it’s been one of the area’s best-kept secrets ever since. There’s a real sense of community here that makes it feel like a hidden gem. We’re close to Old Town Fenton, which means you’re just minutes from great local restaurants, shopping at the Bluffs, and all the conveniences you might need.

What I love most is that you can literally walk out the front door and find yourself at the golf course or head over to the city park to play pickleball, rent a pavilion for a family gathering, or explore the network of trails that connect all through Fenton, Sunset Hills, and Kirkwood. It’s an outdoor lover’s paradise.

We’ve also got Fabick Nature Preserve nearby for fishing, hiking in the woods, and just enjoying nature. Plus, being just minutes from major highways like I-44 and I-270 means you can get anywhere in St. Louis in about 15 to 20 minutes. It’s truly a centrally located spot that gives you the best of both worlds: a peaceful neighborhood with easy city access.
