Detached house with lots of space for rent as a holiday home for 4 people. You can spread out in this house in Dhronecken on 2 floors with an area of approx. 130 m². The kitchen, dining room, winter garden and a 20 m² south-facing terrace are on the ground floor. The garden and meadow can be reached via an outside staircase from the terrace. The living room on the 1st Floor is approx. 40 m² and has a fireplace. In addition to the two bedrooms (14 and 15 m²) there are also 2 bathrooms, of which the smaller shower room can be reached directly from a bedroom, the larger bathroom with tub, shower and double sink over a small, separate hallway. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds of 1.80 x 1.90 or 2.00 x 1.90.

The kitchen, the dining room and the winter garden are on the ground floor. The living room with fireplace, the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms are on the 1st Floor. For only € 5 a day, you are also welcome to bring your dog to our apartment. There are max. 2 dogs allowed.
