Good communication with host and easy check in process. Also, great view. However, condo was not as clean as I had hoped and kitchen was lacking important items such as wine glasses and dish soap.

The place smelled like it use to be a smokers house. There were small hairs everywhere, including the bedding- had to wash all the sheets before sleeping. We found drug paraphernalia in a drawer, and used condom wrappers fell out of the couch. There were no top sheets for one of the beds. It does not sleep 5- as the couch is not an adequate bed nor was there bedding for it. The host was aggressive and rude when I messaged him about the problems. We had to call VRBO customer service to intervene.

Although the views were great and the location was convenient, the property was lacking on several levels. Note though that the owner responded in a reasonable fashion and was pleasant when contacted but problems were not solved. He did not list that pigeons were raised/housed on the balcony and that area was unusable and covered with bird excrement. The birds woke us up quite early. There were no top sheets on the beds. The second bedroom had no closet or shelves or dresser so we used the floor and suitcases for clothing. The kitchen was sparsely equipped with few glasses and limited dinnerware. It could also have been cleaner, as a prior review stated. There was no shampoo in one bathroom and the soap was used and dirty. We bought our own soap, dishwasher powder which are typically present at other VRBOs. Although we understand that accidents happen, when the bathroom flooded repeatedly from above, the response from the building took a few days to be resolved and using the bathroom was limited. Overall, the property was not up to par for what is expected from VRBO.
