This creekside cottage is located on 21 acres of beautiful country land — between the rustic barn and the convenient creekside access this is the perfect getaway to rest and recharge. Center creek flows directly through the property, perfect for rock skipping, fishing, and sun bathing on the rocky beachside. Located a few miles outside of Carthage and a couple miles from 1-44, its great location gives you the best of both worlds — quiet and calm, yet convenient.

Our host was awesome and answered our questions in a very timely manner and was so very thoughtful. We fell in love with the place the moment we saw it. Truely, the farmhouse was far above our expectations, yet places to eat or visit was well within just a short drive. Of all the places my wife and I have gone to unwind, this location stands out to be the best we've found yet.

This was one of the very best places we have ever stayed! We were laying over for a horse show on the way home from Tulsa. It is right around the corner from Lucky J, which it makes it a great place for us to stay when we come back to the area for more shows. The property is stunning! The beds are like clouds and you can sink right in and sleep so good. The shower is amazing. The owner has paid extreme attention to detail in the decorations and the accommodations to make you feel just like you’re at home. I can not wait to bring my granddaughter back for a fun weekend just to enjoy the beautiful property! 110 out of 10 recommend!!!

This property was a fantastic spot for a weekend out of the city. The surrounding land is quiet and fun to explore. I brought my dog with me and we both had a wonderful time. The farmhouse is cozy and comfortable and provided a great place to relax after long days outside. I would highly recommend this spot.
