The beach is calling! Located in Daytona Beach Shores, this beautiful beachfront condo offers a comfortable retreat for guests. The newer Aruba condo complex was built in 2021. Tiled floors throughout, the condo features three bedrooms with a king, queen, and two twin beds. Each bedroom has a television available for streaming. The spacious master suite faces the beach, with beautiful views. The master bathroom features a beautiful, tiled shower and double vanity. Bath 2 features a tub/shower.

The dining room table seats 6 while the bar provides 4 additional stools.

A short, 5 minute walk from the Aruba takes you to the Sunglow pier and the locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

Secured and reserved parking is available in the underground garage, with additional parking topside on a first come, first served basis. Please be aware that only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed.

The nearby Owners Cage {next to the elevators} provides Beach Chairs, Canopy, Umbrellas, wagon, and boogie boards.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do not remove sheets from beds, leave for housekeeping. Pile used/dirty towels on bathroom floors
Please text to 303-877-7653 once property is vacated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not open windows or leave slider door open (salty air and Florida humidity cause rust on stainless appliances and fixtures in condo).
Please be aware of your neighbors around you, especially fulltime residents at the Aruba. No loud noises, including blaring music.
Please use shower stations by the south gate beach access to wash off sand from yourself and any beach equipment.
