About this property

Our cozy, with attention to detail decorated beach house 'Wellenrauschen 243' keeps what its name promises. Here you only hear the sea rushing and the birds chirping. In summer you can enjoy the sun and the view through the trees on the Baltic Sea on our large wooden terrace. In winter you will find a cozy place in our light-flooded gallery with a view of the snow-covered landscape Therefore, our house is not only a summer house, but also in winter a romantic place to relax and unwind. Sauna and whirlpool invite you to relax and forget the stress of everyday life in front of the crackling fire of the stove. It is only 100 meters to the long, sprawling beach. The water is slightly sloping and therefore ideal for children. Here you can do miles of beach walks or lazing to your heart's content in the beach chair. A free internet connection is available.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open flame is not allowed.

Wunderbar.....

Wir hatten hier in Baabe eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus ist TIPTOP und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Auch der Zustand des Interieurs ist sehr gut. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal und man kann auch zu Fuß sehr viel unternehmen. Der Strand ist zum Beispiel nur einen "Steinwurf" entfernt. Auch ins Zentrum von Baabe kommt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Das einzig negative ist der etwas zu Hoch angesetzte Strompreis. 60 Cent pro Kwh ist schon eine Menge. Vorallem wenn man bedenkt, das das Haus über eine Fußbodenheizung beheizt wird. Ok ein Kamin ist auch vorhanden aber ein bißchen meckern muss man halt auch mal (ab und zu). Zumal dies ja nur in der Heizperiode "störend" ist. Alles in allem fast PERFEKT...

Immer wieder Baabe

Wir sind mittlerweile zum 3. Mal in dieser Unterkunft gewesen und sind immer wieder begeistert. Das Einzige was nicht „perfekt“ war, war der Staub und und hinter den Betten aber wir haben großes Verständnis für die Reinigungskräfte, die wenig Zeit und viel Arbeit haben. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft und wir kommen immer wieder gerne mit unseren 4 Kindern hierher. Hier ist Erholung und Seele baumeln lassen garantiert.

Herbstferien Baabe

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus hinter den Dünen. Für Familie mit drei Kindern war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Hohe Nebenkosten für die eine Woche rd. 150 Euro (ohne Sauna und Whirpoolnutzung). Aber dafür war es auch im Oktober schön warm. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
