'Ostseestrandhus'. The fantastic holiday home with fireplace, sauna, whirlpool, free internet, is located less than 200 meters from the sandy, white Baltic Sea beach.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity costs (0.35 EUR per kWh), gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € will be charged.

Three bedrooms, a tasteful living area, open fitted kitchen, dining area and a gallery to relax offer a nice ambience for wonderful holidays in every season.

Couples will feel just as comfortable here as families, seniors and groups of friends.

In the large spa with sauna and whirlpool, it can relax wonderfully. Upstairs there is another shower room, which speaks for the luxurious equipment.

On our beautiful wooden terrace you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The holiday home is situated on a dune in the middle of the biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen, a UNESCO protected area. The varied environment offers many opportunities for nature trips on foot or by bike.

Schöne Lage - ideal für Badeurlaub weil die Nähe zum Strand grandios ist. Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, die Treppe knarrt bei jeder Stufe und die TV Technik hat beim DVD gucken gebrummt - wahrscheinlich ein Kabel defekt den wir nicht selbst beheben konnten. Ansonsten eine gute Ausstattung für 6 Personen - hat uns gefallen.

Der gemeinsame Familienurlaub hat uns sehr gut getan. Im Ferienhaus fühlten wir uns gleich wie zu Hause. Alles war vorhanden und bei super Wetter konnten wir alle Kraft tanken.

Kurzurlaub im Winter

Das Haus hat eine schöne strandnahe Lage im Wald. Kamin und Sauna in top Zustand und im Winter einfach herrlich. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb in dem Haus rundum wohl. Die Küche verfügt auch über eine Ausstattung, mit der man wirklich was anfangen kann. 5 Sterne Weiterempfelung.

Weihnachten in Baabe

Es waren schöne Weihnachtstage in dem wirklich perfekten Ostseehus 4. Alles war sauber, die Betten sehr gut, in der Küche fehlte nichts. Auch die Lage war sehr gut. Leider hat unser Navi mit der Adresse Fuchsloch 4 nicht richtig umgehen können. Bei Dunkelheit und Matsch war es äusserst schwierig das Haus zu finden. Dabei war es ganz einfach, wenn man uns gleich gesagt hätte, dass man nur die Strandstrasse bis zum Ende und dann vor der Schranke rechts fahren muss.

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, die Wegbeschreibung dort hin leider total fehlerhaft, am besten gleich den Objektverwalter anrufen. Die können das selbst wohl nicht ändern, das läuft über fewo. Fussbodenheizung+Sauna top. Wir wollten gern die Whirlwanne benutzen, leider stank es abartig nach Jauche und Gulli. Oberflächlich ist das Haus sauber, schade, dass es nicht besser gemacht wird. Dadurch werden die relativ neuen Häuschen leider schnell abgenutzt sein. In einem Schrank fanden wir sogar einen Zettel mit traurigem Smiley, wahrscheinlich wegen der Sauberkeit- anscheinend hat die Reinigungskraft gar nicht in diesen Schrank geschaut. Eine Anleitung für die Sauna und ein Eimer für Kaminasche wäre hilfreich.

Sehr gut ausgerüstetes Haus

Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Sogar ein Nähset war vor Ort welches wir zum flicken eines Drachen nutzen konnten. Einziges Manko war der Whirlpool, der dringend eine richtige Desinfektion braucht, da er auch nach einer intensiven Reinigung mit Spulmaschinentabs noch eich. Ich denke das ist zukünftig aber regelbar...

Aufenthalt in der Baaber Düne

Das Haus liegt der schön in Strandnähe. Die Bäder Sellin, Binz und Göhren sind fußläufig am Strand zu erreichen. Eine Reise mit dem "Rasenden Roland" ist ein Erlebnis.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach perfekt. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass es für die Kinder im Haus sogar eine Spieleecke gab. Bei Fragen zum WLAN wurde uns sofort freundlich weitergeholfen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Kleiner Parkplatz

Das Haus ist in einem sauberen Zustand.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet..viele Küchenutensilien vorhanden.die Betten waren uns zu weich..,wir schlafen zu Hause nur auf harten Matratzen ( daher auch kein Negativpunkt für uns) Spiele und Bücher sind auch vorhanden..Lage ist top..die Souvenirgeschäfte und Restaurants sind füßläufig sehr gut zu erreichen..das einzige Problem welches wir hatten war der Parkplatz..wir sind mit einem Sprinter angereist und hatten Glück das ein anderer Mieter mit uns den Parkplatz getauscht hat..ansonsten hätten wir direkt vorm Haus nicht parken können..dort befinden sich 5 Parkplätze für die Mieter einzelner Häuser..für PKW’s ausreichend ( wird aber schon eng wenn dort ein VW Bus steht)..nicht mal 100 m entfernt gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze..wir empfehlen das Haus weiter

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Baabe im Ostseestrandhus, das als Ausgang zu Wanderungen und Radtouren, im nicht mehr so trubeligen Herbst, hervorragend geeignet ist!

Super Unterkunft

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ist Klasse, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben 2019 im Nebenhaus schon Urlaub gemacht und können wieder nur sagen das der Ort zu der Zeit nicht überlaufen ist, aber sehr gut gelegen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist hervorragend. Dieses Mal haben wir von schönem Wetter bis Sturm alles mitbekommen. Echt schön
