Hi, my name is Connor, I have been vacationing in the Sandestin/Miramar Beach area for years. A few years ago, my family and I decided to purchase a place of our own, and what started as a passion for the area has grown into helping other families successfully rent and care for their homes as well. My goal is simple: provide a clean, comfortable stay and responsive service so you can relax and enjoy your time at the beach.
Why they chose this property
I chose Sandestin because it’s the place I’ve returned to for years—consistent sunshine, beautiful beaches, and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe that feels like a true getaway. The area has a great mix of convenience and calm: easy access to dining, shopping, and activities, while still offering quiet pockets that make it easy to unplug. Most importantly, Sandestin has always been where our best vacation memories were made, so buying here felt like investing in a place we genuinely love and want to share with other families.
What makes this property unique
This home offers the best of both worlds, easy access to the beach with the privacy that makes evenings feel calm and quiet. With the included golf cart, guests can choose a quick ride to the shoreline or an effortless trip to the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard for dining, shopping, and entertainment. It’s a rare combination of convenience, comfort, and peaceful retreat. It truly is a gem!
