About this property
30th floor with a view of the valley and a big screen
Located on the 30th floor of the Mirante do Vale , this apartment offers an experience in the heart of São Paulo. With a privileged view of the Anhangabaú, the space combines comfort and visual impact. Fully air-conditioned, it's perfect for warm days or cozy nights. The large screen transforms the space into a private cinema, ideal for relaxing after exploring the historic center, enjoying shows in the Valley, or simply appreciating the city from above. Comfort, location, and an impressive view
The Mirante do Vale building is one of São Paulo's most iconic and historic buildings, over 50 years old, located in the heart of the city. Due to its age, the electrical grid is limited. To avoid power outages, we recommend not using multiple electronic devices simultaneously. Using only one at a time will ensure everything functions normally. The building's restoration work has already been completed in the area where this apartment is located, guaranteeing an unobstructed view without the protective screen. Mirante do Vale is a large building with intense traffic and numerous commercial and residential units, making it impossible to control all spaces. Therefore, occasional noise is to be expected. During weekdays, between 8 am and 5 pm, there may be noise due to internal activity or minor maintenance work. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you a very pleasant stay!
Discover Mirante do Vale — an icon in the heart of São Paulo. Imagine waking up to a breathtaking view of the Anhangabaú Valley? Staying at the Mirante do Vale building is more than just accommodation: it's a unique experience in the building that was once the tallest in Brazil and Latin America. You'll be in the historic center, with quick access to the São Bento and República metro stations. A few steps away are iconic landmarks like the Santa Ifigênia Viaduct, the Martinelli Building, Copan Building, and Banespão Building — all within walking distance. Want a little adrenaline? The Sampa Sky viewpoint, with its glass floor 150 meters high, is located in the building itself. An unmissable experience to see São Paulo from a unique angle. Charming cafes, traditional bars, theaters, and cultural centers like the CCBB and Sesc are nearby. And if you get hungry, the Municipal Market is just minutes away.
We would like to inform you that, to ensure your safety and comply with the regulations of the Mirante do Vale Building, it is necessary that you send us the number of a personal document (ID card, driver's license, passport) for each guest before their arrival. This is a requirement of the administration due to the large number of residents in the building, which exceeds 2,500 people. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We have a team of trained professionals to assist you during your stay in downtown São Paulo. We are always online to provide you with sightseeing tips, answer your questions, and give you all the support you need to have an interesting experience. We reject all forms of prejudice and are happy to welcome only guests who share this mindset.
