Welcome to your happy place on the Alabama coast. This new construction (2025) townhome in Lost Bay is bright, clean, and professionally styled—perfect for families, concert weekends, sports tournaments, or a laid-back beach escape.

It’s a 2-story, 3BR / 2.5BA layout with 1,437 sq ft and a 1-car garage for easy unloading.

The Space:

Step inside to a welcoming entry that opens into a bright, open-concept main level. The kitchen blends into the dining and living area, and the living room opens to the patio—ideal after a beach day or a night at The Wharf.

Upstairs, you’ll find all bedrooms for privacy and quiet. The primary suite features large windows, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with double vanities plus a tub and walk-in shower.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw all used towels in the bath tub/shower.
Strip sheets and linens from used beds and leave on the respective beds.
Load dishwasher but do not start please. Thanks!

This place is an absolute gem! Perfectly located in the heart of Orange Beach, it’s close to everything you could want. The home has plenty of space for family and is totally pet-friendly. Tucked away in the back of the neighborhood, it offers a quiet and peaceful stay.The house has all the amenities you could imagine — comfy bedding and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and the cutest coffee bar area. There’s even a great spot for family photos! On top of that, the property manager is amazing and genuinely cares about your experience.We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Orange Beach!
