This property was advertised as a family friendly property. Upon arrival there was mold on the shower curtain, the fans blades were curved down and were too low, actually dangerous for the taller ones in my family, carpet in the bedrooms were stained and there was a visible stain on the main suite bed spread. This property’s balcony overlooked the roll off trash container and a port o potty. Looks like similar reviews have been posted numerous times and nothing has been done to update the property. We will never stay at one of Avarti’s properties again. I submitted these and many more issues/broken annd not working things and received an automated response.

The condo we stayed in was relatively clean but trash was found under the beds. The curtain rod for the balcony was broken and the listing for the master bedroom was incorrect. Instead of it being a queen it was a full bed. Overall the place was nice but the listing and cleanliness was subpar.
