The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave home neat and Tidy. Pile towels in the bathroom, pile sheets and pillowcases in the laundry room. Pile blankets on the floor in the rooms they were in.
Please put everything back the way you got it, pictures are provided, this includes ping pong, checkers, and Jenga etc.....
Pick up all your trash inside and out and throw it away in the trash can please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful Upscale Premier Neighborhood. Very quiet, comfortable, Spacious, and Safe. A true retreat! You can see caves from the home and there is a dirt bike track within walking distance.

The setting is exceptionally quiet—you’ll hear birds and often watch them from the breakfast nook while you eat. The oversized kitchen is a natural gathering place, designed for the entire family to cook, serve, and eat together with ease. With 16+ beds and large, well-spaced rooms, everyone has space to spread out and rest comfortably. Outside, the exceptionally large parking area easily accommodates trailers, ATVs, boats, and all the toys that come with big adventures, while the private dirt bike track adds a rare, high-energy bonus kids and adults love.
