This lodging was clean and in close proximity to downtown Derry. It is located on the second floor of the building, which is good to know if you have issues with stairs.

Check in was super easy. Place very clean pictures true. Convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. Communication was very easy and owner responded quickly and pleasantly. Would stay again. Very happy.

A true NE gem. Well appointed spot perfect for 2 or 3 people. Communication with owner was good and timely. Beds were comfortable.Renovations and attention to detail was amazing, while maintaining the homes historical roots.
