The house is nicely appointed, spacious, and modern / retro. Our family of four had plenty of room (there are 6 bedrooms) and enjoyed the fire pit and back yard space. It was a perfect location for visiting our son at Xavier University. Thanks to the host for an easy check in and follow up to ensure an enjoyable stay.

This home is so beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated and coordinated. The beds are super soft and luxurious. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning in the rocking chairs. There is also a nice table out back where we played some cards. We had excellent communication and responses from Jamaal. He sent over two new fans right away when we mentioned the top floor was warmer than the other two floors. Using the fans made it comfortable for sleeping. We felt very safe at the house and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood for exercise. The best thing about this house is its close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. We went to the Cincinnati Zoo, arrived in 10-15 min., went to the Reds baseball game, again 15-20 min. drive. We also enjoyed going to the butterfly house, and shopping on Vine Street, all within 10 min.
