Welcome to "The Peaky House!" A one-of-a-kind stay where modern elegance meets vintage allure. This stylish townhouse offers the perfect blend of contemporary comfort and old-school charm, designed with curated touches reminiscent of a 1920s speakeasy — think rich textures, moody lighting, and artful character. Nestled just 5 minutes from the scenic Snake River, INL, downtown Idaho Falls and the Idaho Falls Airport. Easy access to I-15 and US-20 puts all of eastern Idaho (BYU Idaho and Yellowstone!) at your fingertips.

THE SPACE:
This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is a clean and cozy home away from home. The living space consists of an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, large island, dining room, and living room with a 55” TV. Also on the ground floor you will find a powder room and a full sized office with a large desk and fiber internet.

Upstairs you will find a spacious Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom which includes a shower and a large separate bath tub! Also upstairs there is a 2nd full bathroom, two more bedrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. All bedrooms have large closets and ample room for your travel needs. Enjoy air conditioning throughout the summer as well as heat in the winter.

The townhouse features a cozy backyard complete with a propane fire pit and a charming bistro set—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to the entire townhome and outdoor space. The garage will NOT be available at this time.

Please note there are external security cameras located on the front door and the exterior of the garage overlooking the driveway.

MAXIMUM STAYS: We will only accept a maximum stay of 2 weeks.
At no time will the guest allow more than 6 persons inside the home unless pre-approved by the host.
Guests must have a 5-STAR RATING from previous stays and POSITIVE REVIEWS from other hosts. Bookings will be canceled if requirements aren't met.

This home was perfect for us and Katie and Paul were awesome hosts! We needed a place for family to stay while visiting us in the area. “The Peaky House” is only one exit away from the airport, right across the street from the Riverwalk and only a few minutes from downtown! Everything inside of the house was brand new and super comfy. The attention to detail in the decor and design was top-notch and so unique! The house had everything we needed to make meals and a fully stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to have our other friends and family members stay at The Peaky House when visiting Idaho Falls.
