Yes - the home features a private pool exclusively for guest use.



★ Are there additional fees for pool use? ★

Yes, pool heating will be a $60 fee per day, but the spa is complimentary. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.

Pets are allowed with an extra $150 fee per pet.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Parking is available in the driveway only.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing at the guest’s expense.

Yes - quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No amplified music or excessive noise is allowed. All music must be off after 10 PM.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Early or late check-in/out may be arranged for a $75 fee (up to 2 hours).



★ Are parties or events allowed? ★

No. Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the posted occupancy are strictly prohibited.
