The 825 sq ft unit includes an enclosed Lanai with windows which expand the living area and enables year round enjoyment. Occasional overnight guests can also be accommodated on the queen size hide a bed. Kitchen and Bath have updated Countertops, Fixtures, and Stainless Steel Appliances.
New HVAC system and electric panel installed in 2022. Unit has one assigned parking spot plus guest parking available.
This corner unit is ideally located across the parking lot from the heated main pool, Clubhouse, Laundry, Shuffleboard, Tennis & Pickleball Courts.
