Enjoy a peaceful, residential atmosphere surrounded by beautiful single-family homes while staying close to Tampa’s vibrant nightlife, top dining, and shopping destinations—offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.
House Rules:
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.
• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts past 11 AM will incur a charge of $40.
• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.
• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $115.
• Fobs/Parking Passes/Fan & TV Remotes
Please leave them in the unit before checking out.
• Parties & Smoking
Parties, excessive noise, smoking are not allowed in the property. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.
• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on guest courtesy. Excessive mess will incur a additional charge.
• Extra Towels/Linens
If you need additional towels, please check the dryer as our housekeeping staff may be busy.
• Maintenance
We rely on our maintenance team for repairs. Please be patient, as non-emergency requests may take time.

I would say this place is good for an economy stay. No extras like starter coffee, linens and closet hangers. Be sure to bring anything extra you need. WiFi was good and bed was comfortable. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken/missing and the apartment has a lot of signs of wear from deterioration tiles and wall paint. Also a lot of dirt and dust on the air vents. If you just need a place to crash for the night this would fit your needs, comfort for a longer stay you may be disappointed.
